Privacy policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This policy covers the mobile game Kickstack 3D. It says what information is collected when you play, why, who receives it, and what you can do about it.
- You do not create an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location.
- Your progress, coins and settings are saved on your device.
- The game shows ads from Google AdMob and measures how it is played with Google Analytics for Firebase. Both use identifiers from your device.
- Purchases are paid for through your app store. A service called RevenueCat keeps a record of them so they can be confirmed and restored.
Who we are
Kickstack 3D is published by Creatorverse Tech Private Limited, Bengaluru, India ("we", "us"). To reach us about privacy, write to team@gro.care.
What is collected, and why
| What | Who receives it | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress, coins, items you own, settings | Nobody. It stays on your device. If device backup is switched on, your phone may include it in its own backup. | So the game remembers where you are. |
| Advertising identifier, internet address (which shows roughly where you are, such as your city or country), device and app details, and which ads you saw or tapped | Google (AdMob) and its advertising partners | To show ads, limit how often you see the same one, measure them and prevent fraud. Ads are personalised only where you have allowed it. |
| An app-instance identifier and gameplay events: stages started, cleared and failed, coins earned and spent, screens opened, ad and purchase steps. Also device model, system version and country. | Google (Google Analytics for Firebase) | To see which stages are too hard, what players use, and to fix problems. |
| An anonymous purchase identifier and your purchase records | Your app store (Google Play or the App Store) and RevenueCat | To take payment, confirm a purchase and restore it later. We never see your card or bank details. |
Your choices
- Personalised ads. Where the law requires it, the game asks before showing personalised ads, and you can say no. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings, under Google, then Ads. On iPhone, use Settings, Privacy & Security, then Tracking.
- Purchases. Every stage can be played without buying anything.
- Your saved game. Removing the game, or clearing its data in your phone's settings, deletes the progress saved on the device.
- Asking us. You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to team@gro.care. Because the game has no accounts, we may need an identifier from your device to find your data.
Children
Kickstack 3D is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will delete it.
Where information goes
We use these companies to run the game. They handle the information above under their own policies, and may process it in countries other than yours, including the United States.
- Google (AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase): Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services
- RevenueCat: RevenueCat's privacy policy
- Google Play and the App Store, for payments
We do not sell the information the game collects, and we share it only with the companies listed here.
How long it is kept
Gameplay analytics are kept for a limited period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months. Purchase records are kept for as long as they are needed to restore purchases and to meet accounting rules. Your saved game stays on your device until you remove it.
Security
Information sent from the game travels over encrypted connections. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
