Where is my progress saved?

On your device. The game has no accounts, so progress does not move to another phone by itself. Removing the game or clearing its data deletes the save.

I bought something and did not get it

Open the Shop and tap Restore at the bottom. The Supporter Pack comes back on any phone signed in to the same store account. Coin packs are used up when bought and cannot be restored. If coins you paid for did not arrive, write to us with the order number from your store receipt.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you paid through. On Android, use the Google Play refund page. On iPhone, use Apple's "Report a Problem" page.

Can I play without ads?

The one-time Supporter Pack removes the ads shown between stages and when you return to the game. Ads you choose to watch for a reward stay available.

A stage is too hard

Retries are free and unlimited. After a few losses on a stage the game offers to let you skip ahead, and you can buy one more ball with coins. Tap or hold the ball tray to choose which ball goes next.
